Home for Life's Peace Creatures on TPT March 8th - 7pm

Home for Life's incredible animals come from diverse backgrounds, and from all over the world. Once they come to Home for Life, they find new affirmation and are appreciated for the beautiful creatures they are, despite their difficult lives prior to the sanctuary. Home for Life recognizes each individual animal as unique and capable of a full life.

One way the animals at Home for Life show that their lives matter is through the Peace Creatures outreach programs. These programs allow the animals to give back to the communities that support them. This means training each animal as a therapy pet so that they may visit hospitals, nursing homes, veterans' facilities, at-risk youth programs and domestic abuse shelters.

Twin Cities Public Television (TPT and PBS) will be premiering Soul Creatures, a feature on the animals of the sanctuary and the great work they do around the community. Soul Creatures will air on March 8th at 7pm central time. Check your television programming schedule for additional broadcasts. This feature will follow the animals as they volunteer and provide comfort at the Fairview Hospital systems, the Veteran's home, the Tubman Family Alliance for domestic abuse and Totem Town - a youth program for at-risk teens.

Watch to see Home for Life's incredible animals making a difference on March 8th at 7pm. Check your local television programming for additional broadcasts. If you miss it, Twin Cities Public Television will have the video available on their website.

Thank you to the DeLonais Foundation for their support of the "Soul Creatures" production.
