What has been the phoDOGgraphy sensation of 2016? It's undoubtedly been Susie Kixmoeller and her rescued Chocolate Lab mix Tula of Canine Happy Hour fame! This late summer we were honored to have Susie, a senior at the Blake School in Minneapolis, out to Home for Life for the day to capture our latest round of photos for our sponsorship programs. Susie had the creative idea to outfit her beloved dog, Tula, with a Go Pro camera, and the results have gained the duo international attention and acclaim! The photos of Tula's dog friends from the dog park could be captured no other way than by a fellow dog! Susie's job is to go through the thousands of photos taken by Tula each session, to highlight the best ones for their website and facebook page. The result has been a phenomena that has taken the dog loving world by a storm! We are so honored to include Susie and her parents as among are most dedicated volunteers, and to be able to share Susie's photos of our animals with our sponsors.
